T-Mobile Help/FAQ application, design prototyping

Our design prototype for T-Mobile Help was a complete overhaul of the customer UI and UX. Challenges included designing a system that work on over 100 handset models and proper degrading for older phones.

Our concept included dynamic rendering of page titles in T-Mobile’s typeface to carry the brand into the experience, contextual search of topics, automatically displaying results according to popularity, better use of access keys, and removal od all wasted space from the old application.
